Maintained by community volunteers, the community garden is situated in a quiet and secluded part of the village, providing a haven of peace broken only by the sound of children playing in the adjacent playpark.

The Herb Garden is the centrepiece and provides a popular free source of common and not so common herbs for culinary and medicinal uses.
